you have chosen this very beautiful 36km course which will take you  north in the direction of, st Pierre Langers, st aubin des Préaux and then return to the edges of the coasts to discover the view of the sea before arriving on Carolles,

this course is  for experienced with great difficulty as you can see on the elevation.   WARNING !!!!!
